1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sapinetra OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Use Licence

Sapinetra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for lawful clinic management purposes. You may not sub-licence, resell, or redistribute the service.

3. Patient Data & Privacy

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent before entering any health information. Sapinetra acts as a data processor under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis within 7 days of a billing event. All prices are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sapinetra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
