1. What We Collect
We collect clinic registration data (name, email, phone), appointment and patient records you enter, and usage analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the Sapinetra OS service — scheduling, AI scribe, billing, and patient memory features. Aggregate, anonymised analytics may be used to improve the product.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on encrypted databases hosted in India-region cloud infrastructure. We employ AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
4. DPDP Act Compliance
We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data. Submit requests to privacy@sapinetra.com.
5. WhatsApp & Third-party Integrations
When you enable the WhatsApp channel, messages pass through Meta's WhatsApp Business API. Meta's privacy policy applies to messages processed on their infrastructure.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication and strictly necessary analytics. No advertising cookies are set without explicit consent.
